摘要
厘清青海省生态环境质量时空变化趋势,可为青海实施生态立省战略推进高原生态文明建设提供数据参考。文章利用MODIS数据产品构建了青海省2000-2020年遥感生态指数(RSEI),结合生态功能分区分析了青海省生态质量时空特征。结果表明:(1)青海省多年平均生态环境质量整体为中,其中祁连山森林与高寒草原生态区最高,为良,柴达木盆地荒漠生态区最低,为差。(2)2000-2020年全省RSEI呈增加趋势,面积为20.28×10^(4)km^(2),占30.03%,主要分布在青海湖、龙羊峡水库、扎陵湖和鄂陵湖周边及柴达木盆地边缘。RSEI呈减少趋势,面积仅为0.47×10^(4)km^(2),占0.69%,集中分布在西宁市附近、柴达木盆地绿洲和盐湖周边。(3)气候因子导致全省53.00%的区域RSEI变化,其中气温与RSEI相关性较强。温度升高导致RSEI增加的面积为9.11×10^(4)km^(2),主要分布在祁连山森林与高寒草原生态区和江河源区-甘南高寒草甸草原区。温度降低导致RSEI增加的面积为2.60×10^(4)km^(2),主要分布在藏北高原高寒荒漠草原生态区和柴达木盆地荒漠生态区。而RSEI减少主要与青海省城镇化和光伏电站建设有关。研究结果可为青海省生态环境的治理与保护及相关政策法规的制定提供科学依据。
Clarifying the spatial-temporal change of ecological environment quality in Qinghai Province can provide data reference for Qinghai to implement the strategy of ecological province and promote the construction of plateau ecological civilization.In this study,the Remote Sensing Based Ecological Index(RSEI)of Qinghai Province from 2000 to 2020 was constructed by using MODIS image data,and the spatial-temporal characteristics of ecological quality in different ecological function zones were analyzed.The results showed that the average ecological environment quality of Qinghai Province was medium.The ecological quality of Qilian Mountain forest and alpine grassland ecological zone was the highest,which was good,while that of Qaidam Basin desert ecological zone was the lowest,which the area of RSEI increased by 20.28×10^(4)km^(2),accounting for 30.03%,mainly distributed around Qinghai Lake,Longyangxia Reservoir,Zhaling Lake and Eling Lake and the edge of the oases in Qaidam Basin..The area of RSEI reduction is 0.47×10^(4)km^(2),accounting for 0.69%,which is less and concentrated in space.It is mainly distributed in the vicinity of Xining City,the oasis and salt lake in Qaidam Basin.53.00%of the RSEI changes in Qinghai Province are contributed by climatic factors,and the correlation between temperature and RSEI is stronger.The increased area of RSEI caused by the increase of temperature is 9.11×10^(4)km^(2),which is mainly distributed in Qilian Mountains forest and alpine steppe ecological zone and the Sanjiangyuan-Gannan alpine meadow grassland steppe zone.The area of RSEI increased by 2.60×10^(4)km^(2)due to the decrease of temperature,which was mainly distributed in the alpine desert grassland ecological zone of northern Tibet Plateau and the Qaidam Basin desert ecological zone.The reduction of RSEI is mainly related to the urbanization of Qinghai Province and the construction of photovoltaic power stations.The results of this study can provide a scientific basis for the management and protection of ecological environment and the formulation of relevant policies and regulations in Qinghai Province.
