摘要
大掺量粉煤灰与混凝土水泥反应产生的凝胶可以改善混凝土粘接性能。为了确定粉煤灰掺量范围,将断裂度作为衡量混凝土断裂性能重要参数,根据混凝土在不稳定状态下的脆性断裂特征,对混凝土路面进行了断裂程度及应力分析,按照大掺量粉煤灰的混凝土界面粘接强度,分析拔出型、断裂型在显微镜下的断裂细微形态。结果表明,粉煤灰掺量为20%时,混凝土路面断裂正应力大于0.8 GPa,剪切应力大于1.5 GPa,混凝土路面抗压强度较大,混凝土路面抗断裂性能最好。随着粉煤灰掺量增加,混凝土路面抗断裂性能逐渐变差。
The gel produced by the reaction of high content fly ash and concrete cement can improve the bonding performance of concrete.In order to determine the range of fly ash content,the fracture degree was taken as an important parameter to measure the fracture performance of concrete.Based on the brittle fracture characteristics of concrete in unstable states,fracture degree and stress analysis were conducted on the concrete pavement.The micro fracture morphology of pull-out and fracture modes under the microscope were analyzed based on the bonding strength of concrete interface with a large amount of fly ash.The test results showed that when the fly ash content was 20%,the normal stress at fracture of the concrete pavement was greater than 0.8,and the shear stress greater than 1.5.The compressive strength of the concrete pavement was relatively high,and the fracture resistance of the concrete pavement was the best.With the increase of fly ash content,the fracture resistance of concrete pavement gradually decreased.
