摘要
目的 从患者视角调查军队某三级甲等医院普外科医患关系现状,分析其影响因素,为改善医患关系提供新思路。方法 采用整群抽样法,于2020年3月对军队某三甲医院普外科85名患者进行问卷调查,并对问卷结果进行统计分析。结果 67.06%(57/85)的患者认为目前医患关系并不紧张,49.41%(42/85)的患者认为社会和政府应对医患关系不和谐承担主要责任。63.53%(54/85)的患者认为医患沟通不足是主要医方因素,77.65%(66/85)的患者认为医疗资源分配不均是导致医患关系不和谐的主要社会和政府方面因素。74.12%(63/85)的患者希望通过医患之间协商解决医患纠纷。结论 医患沟通不足、医生服务态度差、对医疗技术不满意、医疗资源分配不均、医疗保障水平不高、对医生缺乏信任等是导致医患关系不和谐的主要因素。建议通过注重医患沟通、转变诊疗模式、健全卫生体制、引导合理舆论等方法改善医患关系。
Objective To investigate the current situation of doctor-patient relationship in the general surgery department of a grade-A tertiary military hospital from the perspective of patients and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide suggestions for the improvement of doctor-patient relationship.Methods A total of 85 patients in the general surgery department of a grade-A tertiary military hospital were selected by cluster sampling method in March 2020 for the questionnaire survey.And the results were analyzed.Results The results showed that 67.06%(57/85)of the patients thought that the current doctor-patient relationship was not tense,and 49.41%(42/85)of the patients believed that the society and the government should bear the main responsibility for the poor doctor-patient relationship.As for the factors leading to poor doctor-patient relationship,63.53%(54/85)of the patients thought that the lack of communication between doctors and patients was one of the main medical factors,and 77.65%(66/85)of the patients thought that the unequal distribution of medical resources was one of the main social and government factors.And 74.12%(63/85)of the patients hoped to resolve medical disputes through consultation between doctors and patients.Conclusion Lack of doctor-patient communication,poor service attitude of doctors,dissatisfaction with medical technology,unequal distribution of medical resources,low level of health care and lack of trust in doctors are the main factors leading to the poor relationship between doctors and patients.It is recommended to improve the doctor-patient relationship by focusing on doctor-patient communication,changing the diagnosis and treatment mode,improving the health system,and reasonable public opinion guidance.
