摘要
以Ce(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O及Al(NO_(3))_(3)·9H_(2)O为原料,NH_(4)HCO_(3)为造孔剂,以沉淀法制备了具有介孔结构的CeO_(2)/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)光催化材料。研究了不同NH_(4)∶Al及Ce∶Al摩尔比等条件下制备CeO_(2)/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)样品的光催化性能。结果表明,所制备CeO_(2)/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)复合材料具有优异的光催化性能,最佳NH_(4)∶Al及Ce∶Al摩尔比分别为1及0.2,该条件下制备的样品BET比表面积为94.4642 m^(2)·g^(-1),孔径为5.8565 nm,对亚甲基蓝(MB)的光催化降解率可达93.59%,动力学常数k为0.0218 min^(-1)。研究可为制备高性能铝-铈复合催化剂提供一种新的思路与方法。
A mesoporous CeO_(2)/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)photocatalyst was prepared successfully by precipitation method using Ce(NO_3)_(3)·6H_(2)O and Al(NO_(3))_(3)·9H_(2)O as raw materials with NH_(4)HCO_(3)as pore forming agent.Photocatalytic performance of CeO_(2)/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) samples under different NH_(4)∶Al and Ce∶Al molar ratios was studied.The photocatalytic result shows that the as-prepared CeO_(2)/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) has excellent photocatalytic activity,and the best molar ratios of NH_(4)∶Al and Ce∶Al are 1 and 0.2,respectively.This sample has a BET surface area of 94.4642 m^(2)·g^(-1)and a pore diameter of 5.8565 nm,and can reach at a 93.59%photodegradation ratio to Methylene blue(MB)under this condition while its kinetic constant k is 0.0218 min^(-1).This study offers a novel idea and method for syntheszing high-performance Al-Ce composite catalyst.
