摘要
目的 分析他汀类药物联合心血管药物治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的临床效果及药学效果。方法 回顾性分析2021年10月—2023年1月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄医院收治的80例冠心病患者的临床资料,根据患者的治疗方式分组,选用心血管药物治疗的为对照组,联合他汀类药物治疗的为观察组,各40例,对比两组有效率、血脂指标、炎症因子及不良反应。结果 观察组有效率(95.00%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组各血脂指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组炎症因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 他汀类药物联合心血管药物对冠心病有着较好的治疗效果,用药后,患者血脂代谢改善,体内炎症因子水平降低,不良反应也比较少,药物安全有效,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical and pharmaceutical effects of statins combined with cardiovascular drugs in the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD).Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Zaozhuang Hospital of Shandong Guoxin Nursing Care Group from October 2021 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods of the patients,cardiovascular drug treatment was selected as the control group,and statin treatment was combined as the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The effective rate,lipid indexes,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions of the two groups were com‐pared.Results The effective rate of observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of control group,and the differ‐ence was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).After treatment,the blood lipid indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Statins combined with cardiovascu‐lar drugs have a good therapeutic effect on coronary heart disease.After medication,the blood lipid metabolism of pa‐tients is improved,the level of inflammatory factors in the body is reduced,and the adverse reactions are also less,that the drugs are safe and effective and worthy of use.
