摘要
为查明救护的1只马来穿山甲(Manis javanica)的死亡原因,对其进行剖检,从脾脏、肝脏、肾脏等内脏器官样品分离菌株,对病菌进行分离培养、革兰氏染色镜检、16S rRNA基因序列PCR扩增、药敏试验等研究。结果显示,对分离所得菌株鉴定为葡萄球菌,该菌株对丁胺卡那霉素、新霉素高敏感,头孢塞肟、头孢他啶中度敏感。结果表明该马来穿山甲发病原因为葡萄球菌感染,且分离菌对多种药物耐药,通过药敏试验结果合理用药可减少细菌耐药性的发生。
In order to find out the death cause of a wild Manis javanica sent by the Wildlife Conservation.Association,the dead animal was dissected then a pathogenic bacteria from its the spleen,liver,kidney tissue was isolated.Gram staining microscopy,16S rRNA gene sequence PCR amplification,drug sensitivity test and other studies were performed.Eleven commonly used clinical antibiotics were used to carry out drug sensitivity tests against the pathogen.The results showed that the isolated strain was identified as staphylococcus,which was highly sensitive to Kanaycin and neomycin,and moderately sensitive to cefceme and ceftazidime.Thus,clinical cases of Manis javanica were due to infection with multidrug resistant Staphylococuus,rational drug use would help reduce the buildup of bacterial drug resistance.
