下层煤开采水害超前防治技术研究与应用

摘要 榆树坡煤业92105掘进工作面的上方91105采空区内存在大量的积水。为了保证92105掘进工作面的安全施工,在92103胶带巷内施工远距离探水钻孔,对91105采空区内的积水进行探放,共设计施工了7个钻孔。实践结果表明,在采用超前探水钻孔后,可以保证92105掘进工作面进尺552 m,节约工期约46 d,节省费用约48万元,保证了巷道安全高效掘进。 There is a large amount of water in the No.91105 goaf above the No.92105 excavation face of Yushupo Coal Industry.In order to ensure the safe construction of the No.92105 excavation face,a long-distance water exploration borehole was constructed in the No.92103 belt roadway,and the accumulated water in the No.91105 goaf was explored and discharged.A total of 7 boreholes were designed and constructed.The practice results showed that after the use of advanced water exploration borehole,the footage of No.92105 excavation face could be guaranteed to be 552 m,the construction period could be saved by about 46 days,and the cost could be saved by about 480,000 yuan,which ensured the safe and efficient excavation of roadway.
