摘要
在“双碳”战略目标下,实现高效制冷站不能局限于更新改造硬件设备,更要重视对通信和控制等软系统的优化升级。文章结合某项目工程实践,探索基于工业物联网搭建的通信生态以及应用软可编程逻辑控制器(ProgrammableLogicController,PLC)技术的制冷站群控解决方案,以此来有效降低设备能耗,节约机房的运营成本。
Under the“double carbon”strategic goal,the realization of efficient refrigeration station can not be limited to the upgrading of hardware equipment,but also pay attention to the optimization and upgrading of soft systems such as communication and control.Based on the engineering practice of a certain project,this paper explores the communication ecology built based on the industrial internet of things and the group control solution of refrigeration station with the application of Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)technology,so as to effectively reduce equipment energy consumption and save the operating cost of the equipment room.
