摘要
垃圾焚烧炉控制难度较大,利用人工控制容易出现故障,且整体效率低。采用自动化系统完成控制,能够提高焚烧炉的控制效果。通过对焚烧温度、锅炉负荷、风量以及料层厚度的控制,可以提高自动化流程控制效果。神经网络技术可以提高自动化控制过程的控制效果,因此利用神经网络模型分析法和控制改进法,对垃圾焚烧炉的自动化程序进行计算和优化。实践表明,焚烧炉改进方法能够使垃圾焚烧炉稳定工作并保持良好的运行状态,提高燃烧效率。
The control of waste incinerator is difficult,manual control is prone to failure,and the overall efficiency is low.The automatic system can improve the control effect of the incinerator.By controlling the incineration temperature,boiler load,air volume and the thickness of the material layer,the control effect of automatic process can be improved.Using neural network model analysis and control improvement method,the automatic program of waste incinerator is calculated and optimized.Neural network integration can improve the control effect of automatic control process,and the improved method of incinerator can make it stable and maintain good running state,and improve combustion efficiency.
