摘要
某斑岩型铜矿原矿中含铜品位为1.28%,是主要回收的元素,伴生金品位0.01g/t,金品位较低难以回收,银品位3.22g/t,可综合回收。主要铜矿物为辉铜矿和黄铜矿;主要铁矿物为磁黄铁矿,磁铁矿、铁闪锌矿和铅铁矾等,其它铁矿物的矿物量很小。脉石矿物主要是长石、石英、金红石和云母,还有少量的锆石、方解石和石膏。银以三种形式存在:以显微包体的形式、以类质同象形式和包体或连生体形式存在。为提高铜精矿中银的回收率,最大程度实现银资源的回收利用,确定该矿石最佳的药剂制度和选矿工艺流程,开展了系统地选矿试验研究。结果表明,采用Z-200和酯105组合捕收剂选铜,石灰做为调整剂,2号油做为起泡剂,固定磨矿细度-200目占55%。经一次粗选、二次扫选、一次精选,最终获得铜精矿品位22.25%、铜回收率93.94%,铜精矿中含银55.21g/t、银回收率87.87%的试验指标。
The copper grade of a porphyry copper mine is 1.28%,which is the main recovered element.The associated gold grade is 0.01g/t,and the gold grade is low and difficult to recover.The silver grade is 3.22g/t respectively,which can be comprehensively recovered.The main copper minerals are chalcocite and chalcopyrite.Chalcocite is the main occurrence mineral of copper,but the amount of tetrahedrite is not large.The main iron minerals are pyrrhotite,while magnetite,marmatite and plumerite and other iron minerals are small in mineral content.Gangue minerals are mainly feldspar,quartz,rutile and mica,with a small amount of zircon,calcite and gypsum.Silver exists in three forms:in the form of microscopic inclusions,in the form of isoplasmic isoplasms,and in the form of inclusions or epiphytes.In order to improve the recovery rate of silver in copper concentrate and realize the recovery and utilization of silver resources to the maximum extent,the beneficiation experiment was carried out to determine the best beneficiation process and reagent system of the ore.The results show that the fixed grinding fineness of-200 mesh accounts for 55%by using the combination of Z-200 and ester 105 collector with copper,lime as the regulator and No.2 oil as the foaming agent.After primary roughing,secondary scavenging and primary flotation,the final copper concentrate grade of 29.98%,copper recovery of 95.27%,copper concentrate containing 73.69g/t silver recovery of 89.23%.
