摘要
针对山西汾西矿业集团水峪煤业6115工作面过断层期间的顶板支护难点,首先对工作面过F16断层期间的推采工艺、周期来压步距、矿压显现强度进行分析,发现过断层期间周期来压步距明显缩短,液压支架工作阻力异常升高,煤壁片帮深度增加,支架前方煤体冒落,支护难度显著增加。为此针对性制定了端面煤岩体控制指标参数,并强化液压支架的检修维护,大幅减少了支架——围岩事故,保障了安全生产。
In view of the difficulties of roof support during crossing faults in the 6115 working face of Shuiyu coal industry,Shanxi fenxi mining group,the push mining technology,periodic weighting step and strength of strata behavior during the working face crossing F16 fault were first analyzed,and finds that the periodic weighting step is obviously shortened and the working resistance of hydraulic support is abnormally increased,with the increase of coal wall spalling depth and coal caving in front of support,the difficulty of support is obviously increased.Furthermore,the control index parameters of the coal and rock mass at the face end and the maintenance of the hydraulic support are established,which can greatly reduce the support-surrounding rock accidents and ensure the safety in production.
