摘要
谢晶日教授治疗胃癌前病变的经验丰富,认为胃癌前病变以脾胃虚弱为本,气滞、湿阻、血瘀为标,临床症状复杂多变,以本虚标实、虚实夹杂之证多见。临证时,谢晶日教授强调从肝脾论治胃癌前病变的重要性;强调活血解毒,兼化湿浊;重视心理因素在治疗胃癌前病变中的作用,临床多获良效。附验案一则以供参考。
Professor Xie Jingri has rich experience in treating precancerous lesion of gastric cancer.He believes that most cases of precancerous lesion of gastric cancer are rooted in the deficiency of spleen and stomach and present qi stagnation,dampness obstruction,and blood stasis.The clinical symptoms are complex and changeable,and internal deficiency and external excess or the combination of deficiency and excess is the common syndrome.In clinical practice,Professor Xie suggests treating this disease from the liver and spleen and put forward the treatment principle of activating blood,removing toxin,and resolving dampness and turbidity.In addition,Professor Xie pays attention to psychological factors in the treatment of precancerous lesion of gastric cancer and achieves satisfactory therapeutic effects.Here we reported one case to provide a reference.
