摘要
目的分析中药塌渍对膝关节滑膜炎患者生活质量的意义。方法60例膝关节滑膜炎患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予中药塌渍治疗。比较两组患者临床效果以及临床指标评分(关节功能分级、X线分期、关节疼痛强度、中医证候以及生活质量评分)。结果试验组治疗总有效率83.33%高于对照组的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者关节功能分级评分(1.26±0.36)分、X线分期评分(1.19±0.12)分、关节疼痛强度评分(4.18±0.58)分均低于对照组的(2.51±0.39)、(2.49±0.51)、(7.22±0.78)分,中医证候以及生活质量评分(64.38±10.29)分高于对照组的(33.99±5.33)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药塌渍治疗对膝关节滑膜炎患者的效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the significance of traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains on knee synovitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with synovitis of knee joint were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects and clinical index scores(joint function grading,X-ray staging,joint pain intensity,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and quality of life score)of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of 83.33%in the experimental group was higher than that of 60.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the joint function grading score was(1.26±0.36)points,X-ray staging score was(1.19±0.12)points and joint pain intensity score was(4.18±0.58)points,which were all lower than those of(2.51±0.39),(2.49±0.51)and(7.22±0.78)points in the control group;the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and quality of life was(64.38±10.29)points in the experimental group,which was higher than that of(33.99±5.33)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains has significant effect for patients with synovitis of knee joint,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
