摘要
保持合理的资本结构有利于提升企业价值,是企业可持续发展的关键因素。研究企业资本结构特征,进一步探求其对资本结构选择的影响从而提出针对性优化建议,对于助力企业走向良性发展的道路、提升企业价值意义重大。文章以储能行业代表性企业——科陆电子为例,通过对其有关股权融资、债务融资、债务结构数据进行资本结构分析,发现该企业存在资产负债率和产权比率普遍偏高、流动负债比率偏高和长期资产负债率较高等问题。针对问题所在,提出了建立完善的投融资机制,合理进行纳税筹划,加快资金周转等具体建议。
Maintaining a reasonable capital structure is condusive to enhancing corporate value and is a key factor for sustainable development of enterprises.It’s of great significance to study the characteristics of corporate capital structure and further explore its influence on capital structure selection,so as to put forward targeted optimization suggestions which can help enterprises move towards the path of benign development and enhance corporate value.Accordingly,the thesis analyzes the data on equity financing,debt financing,and debt structure of Kelu Electronics,a representative enterprise in the energy storage industry.It was found that the enterprise has issues such as high asset-liability ratio and equity ratio,high current liability ratio and high long-term asset-liability ratio.Specific suggestions have been put forward to address the issues in terms of establishing a sound investment and financing mechanism,conducting reasonable tax planning and speeding up capital turnover.
