摘要
随着现代煤矿生产技术水平的提升,煤矿井下用电设备的功率与电压等级持续提高,导致井下供电系统负担增加,引发高压侧配电装置故障率高等问题.针对高压真空配电装置运行状态,设计了相应的故障检测系统及上位机显示系统,对其硬件设计与软件设计情况加以阐述.同时针对矿用高压真空配电装置故障特征提取进行讨论,包括真空断路器振动信号特征与动作信号特征、隔离触头温度信号特征等,通过硬件与软件设计,开发出故障检测系统及上位机显示系统,通过故障特征检测与分析,明确其与故障类型之间的关系.
With the improvement of modern coal mine production technology,the power and voltage levels of underground electrical equipment in coal mines continue to increase,leading to an increase in the burden on the underground power supply system and a high failure rate of high-voltage side distribution devices.This article designs a corresponding fault detection system and upper computer display system for the operation status of high-voltage vacuum distribution equipment,and elaborates on its hardware and software design.At the same time,we will discuss the extraction of fault features for mining high-voltage vacuum distribution devices,including the vibration signal characteristics and action signal characteristics of vacuum circuit breakers,as well as the temperature signal characteristics of isolation contacts.
