摘要
乡村振兴是实现全面建设现代化国家的必要战略,人才培养是实现乡村振兴的不竭动力,而足球是实现乡村人才培养的有效途径。该文通过文献资料法、访谈法等方法,对实现乡村足球人才培养的优秀案例学校中连川小学进行调查研究,得出关于乡村足球人才培养的方式方法:乡村地区家庭对学生未来发展规划不清晰,需要学校进行干预引导;乡村学校在乡村足球人才培养中占据主体地位,要树立自己的乡村足球特色品牌;县域足球的发展要依托地方特色进行外拓资源以及作出长远规划。
Rural revitalization is a necessary strategy to realize the comprehensive construction of a modern country,talent training is an inexhaustible driving force to achieve rural revitalization,and football is an effective way to achieve rural talent training.This paper investigates and studies Zhonglianchuan Primary School,an excellent case school that realizes the cultivation of rural football talents,through the methods of literature and interviews,and concludes the following ways and methods for the cultivation of rural football talents.Families in rural areas do not have clear plans for the future development of students,and schools need to intervene and guide them.Rural schools occupy the main position in the cultivation of rural football talents and should establish their own brands with rural football characteristics.The development of county football should rely on local characteristics to expand resources and make long-term planning.
