摘要
基于平面应力假设,考虑初始过盈量的影响,将轴类过盈配合部件简化成含初始过盈量的旋转圆盘,推导轴类过盈配合部件在离心力载荷下的过盈量减小量的公式。以高速列车实物轮轴为研究对象,采用理论数值方法及有限元软件仿真分析,得到轮轴等效模型在不同旋转角速度下的接触压应力及过盈量的变化特征。研究结果表明:基于MATLAB数值模拟和ANSYS有限元仿真得到的接触压力及径向位移随旋转角速度变化的数值变化规律基本一致,验证了含初始过盈量的轴类部件过盈量减小量公式推导的准确性。过盈配合轮轴结构间的过盈量和接触压应力随旋转角速度不断增大而呈现非线性减小的特征,轮轴间的配合状态逐渐由过盈状态转变为间隙配合状态,旋转角速度临界值约为960 rad/s。由于有限元仿真软件通过施加径向位移差的方式施加过盈量,在接触状态由过盈状态转变为间隙状态之前,轮轴接触主从面一直处于零间隙状态。
Based on the assumption of plane stress and considering the influence of the initial interference,the shaft interference fit components were simplified to a rotating disc with the initial interference,and the reduction of the interference fit of the shaft interference fit components under centrifugal force load was deduced as a quantity formula.Taking the real wheel and axle of the high-speed train as the research object,the theoretical numerical method and finite element software simulation analysis were used to obtain the variation characteristics of the contact compressive stress and the interference amount of the wheel-axle equivalent model under different rotational angular speeds.The results show that numerical rule of change based on MATLAB numerical simulation and ANSYS finite element simulation to obtain the contact pressure and radial displacement with the change of rotational angular velocity is essentially the same,which verifies the accuracy of the formula for the reduction of the interference amount of the axle components with the initial interference amount.The interference fit between the wheel-axle structure and the contact compressive stress decreases nonlinearly with the increase of the rotational angular velocity,and the fit state between the wheel-axles is gradually changed from the interference state to the clearance state,and the critical value of rotational angular velocity is about 960 rad/s.As the finite element simulation software imposes the interference by applying the radial displacement difference,the contact master and slave surfaces of the wheel-axle structure are always in the zero-clearance state before the contact state changes from the interference state to the clearance state.
