摘要
在我国大学教育教学中,所有课程都随着国家的发展,逐步完善。大学体育课程作为大学教学体系的核心内容之一,在国家大力提倡学生身体素养有效提升的背景下,大学体育课程的受重视程度日益提升。然而,受到大学生学业压力日益加重的影响,学生锻炼时间日益减少,身体素养无法有效提高。不仅如此,大学体育课程教育水平与成果还会受到教师能力的影响,在进行实际研究时,所选择的教学对象重复化、教学方案泛化,加之大学体育课程设定依旧存在许多不足之处,促使身体素养教育无法顺利开展。基于此,该文主要针对身体素养理论在大学体育课程中的实践进行简略研究,以期可以为促进大学体育课程身体素养教育与提高大学生身体素养水平作出贡献。
In China's university education and teaching,all courses are gradually improved with the development of the country.As one of the core contents of the university teaching system,university physical education courses are increasingly valued in the context of the country's vigorously advocating the effective improvement of students'physical literacy.However,due to the increasing academic pressure on college students,students'exercise time is decreasing,resulting in the inability to effectively improve their physical literacy.Moreover,the educational level and achievements of university physical education courses are also influenced by the abilities of teachers.When conducting practical research,selected teaching objects are repetitive,teaching plans are generalized,and there are still many shortcomings in the design of university physical education courses,which hinders the smooth development of physical literacy education.Based on this,this article mainly conducts a brief study on the practice of the theory of physical literacy in university physical education courses,in order to contribute to promoting physical literacy education in university physical education courses and improving the level of physical literacy among college students.
