摘要
目的:分析在实施新生儿先天性髋关节发育不良诊断的过程中超声检查的临床诊断效果与价值。方法:将在天津市宁河区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心接受新生儿先天性髋关节发育不良检查的新生儿195例作为研究对象,所有新生儿均给予超声检查,并将X射线与随访结果作为确诊结果,对超声诊断的效果与价值进行评价。结果:超声检查中各种类型髋关节发育不良与确诊结果有着相对较高的符合率,具有着相对理想的临床诊断效果与价值。结论:在实施新生儿先天性髋关节发育不良诊断的过程中,超声检查的应用获得了相对较为理想和显著的诊断效果与价值,获得了与临床确诊结果相对较高的符合率,同时其操作简单,重复性较高。
Objective:To analyze the clinical diagnostic effect and value of ultrasonic examination in the diagnosis of congenital hip dysplasia.Methods:In this experimental study,195 neonates who received congenital hip dysplasia examination in Tianjin Ninghe District Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center were selected as experimental subjects.All neonates were given ultrasound examination,and X-ray and follow-up results were taken as confirmed results to evaluate the effect and value of ultrasound diagnosis.Results:The ultrasonic examination of various types of hip dysplasia has a relatively high coincidence rate with the confirmed results,which has a relatively ideal clinical diagnosis effect and value.Conclusion:The application of ultrasonic examination in the diagnosis of neonatal congenital hip dysplasia has obtained relatively ideal and significant diagnostic effect and value,and has obtained a relatively high coincidence rate with the clinical diagnosis results.At the same time,its simple operation and high repeatability.
