摘要
目的:探讨磁共振DWI序列在急性脑梗塞诊断中的应用及其临床作用效果。方法:选择2021年2月~2022年2月本院接收的急性脑梗塞患者90例,所有患者统一接受常规CT及磁共振DWI扫描,记录常规CT和磁共振DWI序列不同检测方式对丘脑、基底节区,颞叶、半卵圆中心、枕叶、额叶、脑干及小脑位置的病灶检出情况。结果:磁共振DWI共检出脑梗塞病灶位检出率,其中丘脑病灶位检出率95.83%,基底节病灶位检出率92.31%,颞叶病灶位检出率92.31%,半卵圆中心病灶位检出率89.47%,枕叶病灶位检出率90.00%,额叶病灶位检出率80.00%,脑干病灶位检出率85.71%,小脑病灶位检出率100.0%的整体高于CT诊断方式,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在超急性期磁共振DWI检测符合率为68.75%,及急性期磁共振DWI检测符合率为90.54%明显高于CT诊断结果,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁共振DWI序列在急性脑梗塞诊断中具有一定的诊断优势,能够更好地为患者的疾病诊断提供科学有效的临床依据。
Objective:To discuss the application of MR DWI sequence in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction and its clinical effect.Methods:The study time from February 2021 to February 2022,extract this period of our patients with acute cerebral infarction,a total of 90 patients as the study object,all patients accept routine CT and MR DWI scan,record conventional CT and magnetic resonance DWI sequence for the thalamus,basal segments,temporal lobe,hemioval center,occipital lobe,frontal,brain stem,and cerebellum lesion detection.Results:Detection rate of cerebral infarction lesion by MR DWI,among them,the detection rate of thalamic lesions was 95.83%,the detection rate of basal node lesions was 92.31%,the detection rate of temporal lobe lesions was 92.31%,the focal rate of hemiosphere was 89.47%,the detection rate of occipital lobe lesions was 90.00%,the detection rate of frontal lobe lesions was 80.00%,the detection rate of brain stem lesions was 85.71%,the detection rate of cerebellar lesions was 100.0%higher than the CT diagnosis method,statistically significant(P<0.05);In the hyperacute phase,the MR DWI detection compliance rate was 68.75%,and the coincidence rate of DWI was 90.54%significantly higher than CT,Statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MR DWI sequence has certain diagnostic advantages in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction,which can better provide scientific and effective clinical basis for patient disease diagnosis.
