摘要
研究旨在分离出杂色曲霉,并探究乳杆菌对杂色曲霉的抑制作用。采用体外牛津杯法,设3个处理组,分别是发酵乳杆菌组、罗伊氏乳杆菌组、混合乳杆菌组,将杂色曲霉孢子悬浊液浓度调整为1×10^(5)CFU/mL,将发酵乳杆菌和罗伊氏乳杆菌复苏后菌液浓度调整为1×10^(8)CFU/mL,将发酵乳杆菌和罗伊氏乳杆菌按照1:1比例制备成混合乳杆菌菌液,测定抑菌圈直径,比较3个组对杂色曲霉的抑制作用;采用纸片琼脂扩散法,测定杂色曲霉对20种常见药物的耐药性。结果表明:(1)与发酵乳杆菌组相比,罗伊氏乳杆菌和混合乳杆菌对杂色曲霉抑菌效果较好;(2)分离的杂色曲霉菌株对头孢曲松、米诺环素、卡那霉素、庆大霉素、头孢拉定和氨苄西林耐药,对其他14种药物敏感。本试验可以为益生菌抑制畜禽饲料霉菌提供新资料,为治疗禽畜曲霉病提供数据参考。
The aim of this study was to isolate Aspergillus versicolor and explore the inhibitory effect of Lactobacillus versicolor on Aspergillus versicolor.In vitro oxford cup method was used to adjust the concen⁃tration of Aspergillus versicolor spore suspension to 1×10^(5)CFU/mL in three groups:Lactobacillus fermen⁃tans group,Lactobacillus reuteri group and mixed Lactobacillus group,adjust the concentration of the re⁃suscitated Lactobacillus fermentum and Lactobacillus reuteri to 1×10^(8)CFU/mL,the mixture of Lactobacil⁃lus fermentum and Lactobacillus reuteri was prepared in the proportion of 1:1.The inhibition of the three groups on Aspergillus versicolor was compared by measuring the diameter of inhibition zone.The paper agar diffusion method was used to determine the drug resistance of Aspergillus versicolor to 20 kinds of common drugs.The results were as follows:①compared with Lactobacillus fermentans,Lacto⁃bacillus reuteri and mixed Lactobacillus had better antibacterial effect on Aspergillus versicolor.②The isolated strains were resistant to ceftriaxone,minocycline,kanamycin,gentamicin,cefradine and ampicil⁃lin,and sensitive to 14 other drugs.This experi⁃ment can provide new data for probiotics to inhib⁃it feed mold of livestock and poultry,and provide data reference for treatment of aspergillosis of livestock.
