摘要
为了使换热管与管板接头获得更好的密封性能及拉脱强度,分析对比了液压胀和机械胀对不锈钢强度胀接头的性能影响及不同槽宽的机械胀对不锈钢接头的性能影响。3块S30408试件管板孔内分别加工宽度为3,4,9 mm的两道胀槽,窄槽采用机械胀,宽槽采用液压胀,对比胀接后的胀度、氦检密封性、拉脱应力及解剖线宽。试件经过漏率为1×10^(-6)(Pa·m^(3))/s的氦检全部合格,拉脱应力超出标准要求的4 MPa。试验结果表明机械胀胀度不稳定、容易过胀,槽宽4 mm和3 mm的机械胀接头的性能差别不明显,液压强度胀接头综合性能更优。
In order to get better sealing performance and tensile strength of the joints between the heat exchange tubes and the tubesheets,the performance effects of hydraulic expansion and mechanical expansion on stainless steel strength expansion joints as well as the performance effects of mechanical expansion with different groove widths on stainless steel joints were analyzed and compared.Three S30408 test-pieces were machined with two expansion grooves of 3,4 and 9 mm width respectively in their tubesheet holes.The narrow groove was mechanically expanded,and the wide groove was hydraulically expanded.The expanding degree,helium detection sealing performance,pull-out stress and anatomical line widths were compared after expansion operation.The helium tests(leakage rate is 1×10^(-6)(Pa·m^(3))/s)show that all specimens were qualified,and the pull-out stress far exceeded the standard requirement of 4MPa.The tests results show that mechanical expansion degree is unstable and prone to over-expansion,while the performance difference between mechanical expansion joints with groove widths of 4 mm and 3 mm is not significant,and hydraulic strength expansion joints have better overall performance.
