摘要
为提升火炮高平机工作状态下的平衡性能,提高高低调炮和操作使用的轻便性和快速性,依据火炮高平机设计理论及方法,建立了液体气压式高平机不平衡力矩计算模型。以某大口径火炮液体气压式高平机为例,研究了设计参数对其平衡性能的影响规律,并利用遗传算法对其平衡性能进行优化设计,分析结果表明,调整高平机后支点与耳轴点间的距离、活塞及活塞杆直径、初始气体压力可有效控制高平机平衡性能,基于遗传算法的高平机参数优化方法可使高平机的最大不平衡力矩下降约20%,有效提高了高平机的平衡性能。研究结果对大口径火炮高平机的设计及优化起到了一定的理论指导作用。
In order to improve the balance performance of artillery elevating equilibrators in the wor-king state and provide traversing and elevating operations with ease and speed,a calculation model of the unbalanced moment of the liquid-pneumatic elevating equilibrator is established based on elevating equilibrator design theory and methods.Taking the liquid-pneumatic elevating equilibrator of a large caliber gun as an example,the influence of design parameters on its balance performance is researched,and the genetic algorithm used to optimize the balance performance.The analysis results show that adjusting the position of the back fulcrum,the diameter of the piston and the piston rod,the initial gas pressure can effectively control the balance performance of the elevating equilibrator.The optimization method of elevating equilibrator parameters based on the genetic algorithm can reduce the maximum unbalanced moment of the elevating equilibrator by about 20%,which effectively improves the balance performance.The research results can provide theoretical reference for the design and optimization of large caliber gun elevating equilibrators.
