摘要
按照ISO 9000:2015《质量管理体系基础和术语》、ISO/TS 22163:2017《铁路应用质量管理体系》、GJB 9001C—2017《质量管理体系要求》标准规定,产品设计工作需输出特性分析表。轨道客车车体重要特性包括车体设计中的尺寸链数据:车体总成长度公差、大部件长度公差、车体总成宽度公差、大部件宽度公差、车体总成高度公差,大部件高度公差、车体横断面对角线长度差限值、车顶四角对角线长度差限值、底架四角对角线长度差限值、车体挠度范围、枕梁中心以外底架端部下垂公差。轨道客车车体大部件之间的连接方式多种多样,对铝合金、不锈钢、碳钢车体总成中的尺寸链构建方式进行了分析,给出了对应的工艺控制技术。通过所述尺寸链构建方式及工艺控制技术,车体的重要特性数据得到了有效控制,达到了特性分析表的要求,保证了产品质量。
According to ISO 9000:2015 Quality management systems-Fundamentals and vocabulary,ISO/TS 22163:2017 Railway applications-Quality management systems,GJB 9001C—2017 Quality management systems requirements,product design work requires the output of characteristic analysis table.The important carbody characteristics of passenger train include dimension chain data in carbody design:carbody general assembly length tolerance,sub-assembly length tolerance,carbody general assembly width tolerance,sub-assembly width tolerance,carbody general assembly height tolerance,sub-assembly height tolerance,diagonal length difference limit of carbody transverse section,length difference limit of the diagonal lines of the roof,length difference limit of the diagonal lines of the underframe,carbody deflection range and sagging tolerance of the underframe end beyond the center of the sleeper beam.The connection methods of carbody sub-assemblies vary depending on the types of passenger trains.The dimension chain construction means of carbody assembly in aluminum,carbon steel and stainless steel are analyzed,and corresponding process control technologies are given.Through these dimension chain construction means and process control technologies,the important characteristic data of carbody is effectively controlled and meets the requirements of characteristic analysis table,ensuring the product quality.
