摘要
针对新时期耕地保护数量、质量、生态“三位一体”的战略新部署和新要求,本文提出了“一提取、二剔除、三核查、四验证”的“四步法”耕地数量保护遥感督察工作思路,在耕地质量保护遥感督察方面提出基于高光谱遥感数据支持下的工作思路框架,对数量与质量并重的耕地保护督察业务创新和督察效能提高具有积极作用。
In view of the new period cultivated land protection quantity,the quality,the ecology“Trinity”strategy new disposition and the new request.This paper puts forward a“Four-step method”of“One extraction,two elimination,three verification and four verification”for remote sensing inspection of cultivated land quantity protection.This paper puts forward the frame of thought based on hyperspectral remote sensing data in the supervision of cultivated land quality protection,which plays an active role in both quantity and quality.
