摘要
目的 探讨对肠造口患者施以延续性护理对其依从性以及生活质量的影响。方法 本次共纳入研究对象60例,均自鹰潭市人民医院中选取,此次研究对象为需进行肠造口手术患者,于2019年1月至2022年5月完成选例,以随机数字表法为分组原则将患者分配成两组,其中一组30例接受常规护理,作为对照组;另一组30例予以延续性护理,作为观察组,两组患者均持续护理3个月。比较两组患者依从性,自护能力,心理状况,生活质量,护理满意度以及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组患者的总依从性高于对照组;与护理前比较,护理后两组ESCA各项评分、CD-RICS评分以及EORTC QOL-C 30各项评分均升高,观察组均高于对照组;GAD-7、SDS评分降低,观察组低于对照组;观察组护理满意度高于对照组;并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对肠造口患者实施延续性护理能有效提高患者的依从性,提升自我护理能力,改善患者心理状况,降低并发症发生率,从而提高患者生活质量以及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on compliance and quality of life of patients with enterostomy.Methods A total of 60 subjects were selected from Yingtan People's Hospital.The subjects of this study were patients who needed enterostomy,and the patients were selected from January 2019 to May 2022.The patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of random number table,and 30 patients in one group received routine care and were determined as the control group.The other group has 30 cases,which were given continuous nursing care and determined as the observation group.Both groups received continuous nursing for 3 months.The compliance,self-care ability,psychological status,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;compared with before nursing,ESCA scores,CD-RICS scores and EORTC QOL-C 30 scores in the two groups increased after nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;GAD-7 and SDS scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group;nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing for patients with enterostomy can effectively improve their compliance,enhance their self-care ability,improve their psychological status,reduce the possibility of complications,and thus improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
