摘要
目的 探讨不同球囊放置时间对子宫颈双球囊引产的效果及安全性。方法 选择2020年6月至2022年6月符合引产指征、满足球囊放置条件的足月单胎妊娠产妇152例,根据球囊放置时间的不同将其分为对照组和研究组,各76例。两组均行宫颈球囊放置术,对照组球囊放置时间为12 h,研究组球囊放置时间为10 h。对比两组阴道分娩情况、宫内感染情况及剖宫产情况。结果两组的分娩时间、新生儿体质量、新生儿Apgar评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),研究组的产后出血率(4.11%)低于对照组的(13.89%)(P <0.05);研究组的宫内感染发生率(1.32%)低于对照组的(9.21%)(P <0.05);两组患者剖宫产情况对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 子宫颈双球囊引产时,球囊放置时间10 h相比12 h的引产效果相差不大,但缩短球囊放置时间为10 h能够在一定程度上降低宫内感染的发生率及阴道分娩的出血率。
Objective To explore the effect and safety analysis of different balloon placement time on cervical double balloon induction of labor.Methods A total of 152 term singleton women who met the indications of labor induction and met the conditions of balloon placement between June 2020 and June 2022 were divided into control group and study group according to the time of balloon placement,with 76 cases in each group.Both groups underwent cervical balloon placement for 12 h in the control group and 10 h in the study group.The vaginal delivery,intrauterine infection and cesarean section were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in delivery time,neonatal weight,and neonatal Apgar score between the two groups(P>0.05);the postpartum bleeding rate(4.11%)was lower than that of the control group(13.89%)(P<0.05);the incidence of intrauterine infection in the study group(1.32%)was lower than the control group(9.21%)(P<0.05);the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In cervical double balloon induction,the effect of balloon placement time of 10h is not much different from that of 12 h,but shortening the time of balloon placement to 10 h can reduce the incidence of intrauterine infection and the rate of bleeding in vaginal delivery to a certain extent.
