‘巨峰’葡萄临界低温高湿保鲜贮藏冰点温度测定 被引量:3

Determination of Freezing Point Temperature of‘Kyoho’Grapes in Critical Low Temperature and High Humidity Storage Conditions

摘要 为研究‘巨峰’葡萄临界低温高湿保鲜贮藏技术的适宜性并确定最佳贮藏温度,分别测定了‘巨峰’葡萄果实、果浆和果梗的冰点。结果表明,‘巨峰’葡萄果粒的冰点温度为-1.4℃,果浆的冰点温度为-1.5℃,果梗的冰点温度为-1.4℃。为避免‘巨峰’葡萄在贮存期间发生冻害,综合‘巨峰’葡萄测定出来的果粒、果浆、果梗的冰点温度,最终确定‘巨峰’葡萄的冰点温度为-1.4℃。临界低温高湿贮藏最佳温度的确定,为‘巨峰’葡萄临界低温高湿保鲜技术研究及应用提供理论依据和关键数据支撑。 In order to study the suitability of critical low-temperature and high-humidity preservation and storage technology for‘Kyoho’grapes and determine the optimal storage temperature,the freezing point of grape fruit,fruit pulp and fruit stem was determined,respectively.The results showed that the freezing temperature of‘Kyoho’grape fruit,pulp and stem were-1.4℃,-1.5℃and-1.4℃,respectively.In order to avoid freezing damage of‘Kyoho’grapes during storage,the freezing temperature was ultimately determined to be-1.4℃based on the freezing temperature of fruit,pulp and stem of‘Kyoho’grapes.The determination of the optimal temperature for critical low temperature and high humidity storage provided theoretical basis and key data support for the research and application of critical low temperature and high humidity preservation technology for‘Kyoho’grapes.
