摘要
针对单罐太阳能聚光熔盐光热装置,采用填充泡沫铜代替隔板来提高整体的换热效果。通过数值方法,研究填充不同孔隙率泡沫铜对熔盐整体熔化预热效果的影响,同时探讨不同孔隙率对整体蓄热效率以及㶲效率的影响。结果表明:由于单位体积泡沫铜本身吸热能力强于熔盐,填充泡沫铜有利于提高整体的传热效果,随着泡沫铜孔隙率的减小,单位体积熔盐完全熔化时间先下降后上升,能量效率先增加后减小,㶲效率一直增大并趋于定值。
For a single-tank solar concentrated molten salt photothermal device,filling copper foam was used to replace the baffle plate to improve the overall heat transfer effect.By numerical method,the effect of filling copper foam with different porosity on the overall melting preheating effect of molten salt was studied,and the effect of different porosity on the overall thermal storage efficiency and exergic efficiency was also discussed.The results show that the heat absorption capacity of copper foam per unit volume is stronger than that of molten salt,and filling copper foam is beneficial to improve the overall heat transfer effect.With the decrease of the porosity of copper foam,the melting time of molten salt per unit volume decreases first and then increases,the energy efficiency increases first and then decreases,and the exergic efficiency always increases and tendes to a constant value.
