摘要
红色文化承载着中国共产党人革命记忆,引领着中国先进文化的前进方向。中国许多有光荣革命历史的城市,都拥有丰富的红色文化资源,它们共同强化着地方人文精神谱系的“红色记忆”。提升红色文化传播力和影响力,对增强地方历史文化底蕴,推进党的地方组织的政治建设,打造展示新时代中国特色社会主义文化窗口,都具有重要的时代意义和实践价值。科学制定地方红色文化的建设和传播规划,统筹地方红色文化资源发展,拓展群众参与文化生活路径,推进红色文化传播与数字经济发展的深度融合,培育红色文化与文旅产业结合的特色精品,是当下提升地方红色文化传播力与影响力的有效举措。
Red culture bears the revolutionary memory of Chinese Communist Party and leads advanced Chinese culture as well.Many cities with glorious revolutionary history in China have rich red cutural resources which together strengthen the"red memory"of the pedigree of local humanistic spirit.It is of great significance and practical value to enhance the dissemination and influnce of red culture,to enhance the local historical and cultural heritage,to promote the political construction of the Party's local organizations and to create a window to display the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Here are effective measures of scientifically fomulating the construction and dissemination plan of local culture:coordinating the development of local cultural resources,expanding the path of people's particiption in cultural life,promoting the deep integration of red culture dissemination and economic development and cultivating the characteristic products of combination of red culture and cultural tourism industry.
