摘要
本文利用超声波辅助提取法提取苦荞麦中的芦丁,采用单因素和正交试验优化提取工艺。结果表明,苦荞麦芦丁的最佳提取工艺条件为超声时间40min、超声功率135W、乙醇浓度60%、料液比1∶8,此条件下苦荞芦丁的提取率为0.7012%。对苦荞芦丁提取物的抗氧化性质进行评价,结果表明其对羟自由基有较强的清除效果,IC_(50)值为(0.350±0.041)mg·mL^(-1)。
Rutin was extracted from tartary buckwheat by ultrasonic-assisted extraction,and the extraction process was optimized by single factor and orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions for tartary buckwheat rutin were ultrasound time of 40 minutes,ultrasound power of 135 W,ethanol concentration of 60%,and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶8.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of tartary buckwheat rutin was 0.7012%.The evaluation of the antioxidant properties of tartary buckwheat rutin extract showed that it had a strong scavenging effect on hydroxyl radicals,with an IC_(50) value of(0.350±0.041)mg·mL^(-1).
