摘要
为保证多站融合系统的经济运行,提出了一种从电动汽车充电站到储能站的分级调峰策略。首先,为了缓解储能站调峰压力,建立了基于分时电价的电动汽车充电站有序充电模型;然后,在充电站有序充电的基础上,建立了考虑储能寿命的储能站调峰模型。最后用粒子群算法求解模型并通过仿真验证。仿真结果表明,所提策略在保证充电站收益的基础上实现了电动汽车的有序充电,充分挖掘了多站融合的调峰能力。
In order to ensure the economic operation of multi station fusion system,a kind of hierarchical peak shaving strategy from electric vehicle charging station to energy storage station is proposed.Firstly,for alleviating the peak shaving pressure of energy storage station,an orderly charging model of electric vehicle charging station based on TOU price is set up;Then,on the basis of orderly charging of the charging station,the peak shaving model of the energy storage station considering the energy storage life is set up.Finally,particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model and verified by simulation.The simulation results show that the proposed strategy realizes the orderly charging of electric vehicles on the basis of ensuring the revenue of charging stations,and fully excavates the peak shaving ability of multi station fusion.
