摘要
燕尾榫作为公认的“万榫之母”,是木家具和木建筑制作中比较常用的接合方式,其传承了中华文化,接合强度高,广泛应用。为更好地了解燕尾榫的节点强度,本文首先介绍了燕尾榫的基本结构及应用,然后建立了几组不同倾斜角度的燕尾榫榫头模型,通过有限元分析得到了节点处的应力数据,最后利用对比分析法得出了一组节点强度最高的榫头倾斜角度。
As the recognized"mother of ten thousand teno ns",dovetail tenon is a commonly used joint method in the production of wood furniture and wood architecture.It inherits Chinese culture and has high joint strength,and is widely used.In order to better understand the strength of dovetail joints,this paper first introduces the basic structure and application of dovetail joints,then establishes several sets of dovetail joint models with different inclination angles,obtains the stress data at the joints through finite element analysis,and finally obtains a set of dovetail joint inclination angles with the highest joint strength using comparative analysis.
