摘要
国家安全是安邦定国的重要基石,当今世界正处于百年未有之大变局,中国国家安全学的一个重要使命就是服务于新发展阶段构建大安全格局的伟大实践。近年来,我国国家安全相关领域研究取得了丰硕成果。为进一步推进这一新兴学科领域的发展,有必要系统总结和梳理国家安全学的研究现状,挖掘国家安全实践背后的理论意涵。在知识谱系的分布上,国家安全的理论研究是基于国家安全实践图景的价值考量和理念概括。其中,地域、领域与治理视角为国家安全学分层分类地甄别复杂安全问题提供参考依据,并最终以学科框架归纳国家安全研究的概念、理论与范式。当前,我国国家安全学研究经历了初步拓展阶段、多元探索阶段和爆发增长阶段,从国家安全学未来的发展趋势来看,国家安全学学科体系建设研究、总体国家安全观研究、数字时代背景下数据安全问题研究和国家安全审查研究成为未来的研究热点和理论增长点。
National security is a vital cornerstone for ensuring the long-term stability and prosperity of a nation.In the current era of unprecedented global transformations,it is imperative for the discipline of Chinese National Security Studies to serve as a great practice in constructing a comprehensive security development framework.In recent years,significant achievements have been made in China’s research in the field of national security,necessitating a systematic review and analysis of the current state of National Security Studies.It is essential to uncover the theoretical implications underlying national security practices and provide a solid foundation for the construction of a knowledge edifice in the field.The theoretical research in national security is rooted in value considerations and conceptual summaries derived from the panorama of national security practices.Within this framework,the perspectives of geography,domains,and governance serve as reference criteria for stratifying,categorizing,and evaluating complex security issues,ultimately resulting in a disciplinary framework encompassing the concepts,theories,and paradigms of national security research.Presently,Chinese National Security Studies have gone through preliminary expansion,diverse exploration,and explosive growth stages.Looking towards future development trends,several research focal points and theoretical growth areas are identified,including the construction of the disciplinary framework in National Security Studies,research on the overarching national security concept,examination of data security issues in the digital era,and investigations into national security reviews.
