摘要
习近平法治思想坚持深入吸收中外特别是党的百年中国式法治文明精华,把制度作为法治实践的智慧集成,深入贯彻以人民为中心的执法司法理念,推进民主与法制建设实现长足发展,从理论与实践的结合上继承和创新发展了马克思主义法学。习近平法治思想坚持加强党的领导,全面依法治国深刻吸取“有法可依与良法善治”的经验教训,持续深入推进社会主义法治国家建设,促进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化;中国法治坚持肩负起更加重要的国际使命,积极构建人类命运共同体,坚持多边主义,推动完善全球治理,共同应对全球风险挑战。以史鉴今,资政育人。习近平法治思想坚持从“五位一体”总体布局和“四个全面”战略布局上,全面深入推进依法治国,开创了法治中国建设的新局面。习近平法治思想是聚焦更加完善中国特色社会主义法治体系的目标,确保法治国家、法治政府、法治社会基本建成的科学理论指引;是马克思主义法治思想中国化的最新成果,中国式全面推进依法治国的根本遵循和行动指南;是凝聚全党共识,深入推进法治中国建设,引领全面建设社会主义现代化国家走上法治之路的政治保障。百年法治,国家各方面法治化得以全面深入推进,增强了中华法治的自信自强,更彰显了习近平法治思想的鲜明理论品格和时代精神。
The Communist Party of China in one hundred Chinese rule of law,Xi jinping adhere to absorb the Chinese and foreign essence especially the rule of law civilization,the system as the wisdom of the rule of law practice integration,promote the construction of democracy and legal system to achieve great development,further implement the people-centered law enforcement and judicial concept,from the combination of theory and practice has made innovation,inheritance and innovation development of Marxist law.Xi jinping's rule of law thought from the national conditions and reality,the rule of law profound learn“law and good governance”experience and lessons,continue to promote the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law,deepening the modernization of national governance system and management ability,promote human destiny com-munity construction,Chinese rule of law shoulder more important international mission,ensure that the party leads the rule of law more strong.Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law adheres to the“five-in-one”and“four comprehensive”,comprehen-sively promotes the Chinese rule of law,creates the new situation of the construction of the socialist rule of law system in the country,and ensures the basic construction of the country of the rule of law,and leads the political guarantee of the modern so-cialist country to the rule of law.In a century of rule of law,the rule of law in all aspects has been promoted in an all-round way,enhancing the confidence and self-improvement of the rule of law in China,and demonstrating the distinctive theoretical character and spirit of the times of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law.
