摘要
目的 观察超声造影检查诊断肾脏占位疾病的临床诊断价值。方法 收集2013年7月—2022年9月在复旦大学附属闵行医院(上海市闵行区中心医院)行常规腹部超声检查发现肾脏占位患者75例,对75例常规超声检查发现肾脏占位的患者行超声造影检查,观察其灌注模式,分析灌注特点,最后对比分析手术病理结果。结果 75例肾脏占位性疾病患者共75个病灶,其中肾脏恶性肿瘤63个,良性肿瘤12个。肾脏超声造影定性诊断敏感度为96.8%,特异度为66.7%,准确度为92.0%。结论 超声造影检查能够动态观察肾脏占位的血流情况,通过其增强模式以及灌注特点有助于判断其良、恶性,对其性质的判断具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To observe the clinical diagnostic value of contrast⁃enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of renal space⁃occupying lesions.Methods A total of 75 patients with renal space⁃occupying detected by routine abdominal ultrasound examination in Minhang Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from July 2013 to September 2022 were enrolled.All of them were examined by contrast⁃enhanced ultrasound.Their perfusion patterns were observed,the characteristics of perfusion were analyzed,and the results were compared with the surgical pathological results.Results A total of 75 lesions were identified in 75 patients with renal space⁃occupying lesions,including 63 malignant tumors and 12 benign tumors.The sensitivity,specifici⁃ty,and accuracy of qualitative diagnosis of renal contrast⁃enhanced ultrasound were 96.8%,66.7%,and 92.0%,respective⁃ly.Conclusion Contrast⁃enhanced ultrasound examination can dynamically observe the blood flow of renal space⁃occupying lesions,and help to judge the benign or malignant lesions through their enhancement pattern and perfusion characteristics,and has high clinical value in judging the nature of lesions.
