摘要 水利水电工程造价的管理、控制和风险分析是贯穿工程建设全寿命周期的一项关键工作。基于某水利水电项目,文章在详细确定工程造价组成因素的基础上,分别从前期决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段对工程造价控制进行了研究,最后对于工程造价控制中存在的风险问题,分别进行了风险分析和风险评估,结果显示相关风险均在可控范围之内。文章系统研究了造价控制及风险分析理论在水利水电工程中的应用,对于未来类似项目提供一定的理论和工程经验。
