摘要
通过文献研究分析发现,国内现阶段对于科技政务信息的探讨主要集中在选题、写作环节,研究内容主要关注科技创新、数字化转型、信息安全、数据治理等方面。随着大数据、人工智能等新兴技术的应用,对科技政务信息的功能定位、服务内容、服务方式和方法等方面提出了全新要求。基于智库视角下,对科技政务信息的发展现状进行了分析,对新时代科技政务信息更好地服务智库建设提出了对策建议。
By literature research and analysis,it is found that at present,domestic discussions on scientific and tech-nological government information mainly focus on topic selection and writing,and the research content mainly focuses on scientific and technological innovation,digital transformation,information security,data governance,etc.With the appli-cation of emerging technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,new requirements have been put forward for the functional positioning,service content,service methods and methods of scientific and technological government infor-mation.Based on the perspective of think tanks,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of scientific and technological government information,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for better serving the con-struction of think tanks via scientific and technological government information in the new era.
