摘要
瓦斯气体泄漏对井下煤矿生产造成重大影响,严重时会极大威胁人员和设备安全,手持式气体检测仪是井下气体安全监控系统的重要补充。提出了一种基于FPGA的井下手持式气体检测仪方案,能够对瓦斯气体及其他气体进行检测,设计了系统的整体框架,对气体传感器输入模块进行了详细研究,并设计了传感器信号放大电路和A/D转换电路,最后对系统进行了测试。结果表明设计的手持式气体检测仪具有较高的检测精度和较短的检测时间,完全满足煤矿井下使用需求。
Gas leakage has a great impact on underground coal mine production,and will greatly threaten the safety of personnel and equipment when it is serious.Handheld gas detector is an important supplement to underground gas safety monitoring system.A scheme of underground hand-held gas detector based on FPGA is proposed,which can detect gas and other gases.The overall framework of the system is designed,the gas sensor input module is studied in detail,and the sensor signal amplifier circuit and A/D conversion circuit are designed.Finally,the system is tested.The results show that the designed hand-held gas detector has high detection accuracy and short detection time,which can fully meet the needs of underground coal mine.
