摘要
高职院校是为社会输送人才的重要基地,农业高职院校应立足当今时代形势,依托“三教”改革大力推进育人改革,全面提升高等职业教育的人才培养质量和水平。从新时代“三教”改革发展趋势出发,对农业高职院校改革中面临的现实问题进行分析,从而深入开展农业高职院校“三教”改革提高人才培养质量探索与实践,探索高职院校优化人才培养的措施策略。
Higher vocational colleges are an important base for delivering talents to the society.Agricultural higher vocational colleges should be based on the current situation,rely on the“three education”reform to vigorously promote the education reform,and comprehensively improve the quality and level of talent training in higher vocational education.Starting from the development trend of the“three education”reform in the new era,analyzes the practical problems faced in the reform of agricultural vocational colleges,so as to carry out in-depth research and practice on the“three education”reform in agricultural vocational colleges to improve the quality of talent training,and study the measures and strategies for optimizing talent training in vocational colleges.
