沿面放电等离子体漂白牙齿的效果及安全性

摘要 目的:研究沿面放电等离子体(SMD plasma)漂白牙齿的效果及安全性。方法:选取牙冠完整,无龋坏、裂纹和缺损的人离体牙,随机分为空白对照组、SMD plasma 5 min组,SMD plasma 10 min组、过氧化氢5 min组、过氧化氢10 min组(所用过氧化氢质量分数均为10%),每组5颗牙,共3批,观察处理前后牙齿表面颜色,记为ΔE。另取45颗离体牙同上分组处理,每组3颗牙,共3批,测量牙齿表面粗糙度及显微硬度。另取1颗离体牙,制备4个牙片,空白对照不处理,余3个牙片分别用SMD plasma处理5 min、10 min或过氧化氢处理10 min,采用扫描电子显微镜观察釉质表面形态,并利用发射光谱分析SMD plasma中的主要激发态活性物质。结果:SMD plasma 5 min组、SMD plasma 10 min组、过氧化氢5 min组和过氧化氢10 min组ΔE分别为(5.00±0.59)、(6.22±1.97)、(3.44±1.49)和(3.64±1.60),4组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);其中SMD plasma的漂白效果优于过氧化氢,且SMD plasma处理10 min效果更为显著。SMD plasma处理对牙齿表面粗糙度、显微硬度以及牙齿表面形态无显著影响。发射光谱结果显示,SMD plasma放电过程中产生的·OH是牙齿漂白的主要活性成分。结论:与质量分数10%过氧化氢相比,SMD plasma能够有效漂白牙齿,且对牙齿表面结构无显著影响,使用更安全。 Aim:To study the effect and safety of tooth bleaching by surface micro-discharge plasma(SMD plasma).Methods:The extracted human teeth with intact crowns and free from caries,cracks or defects were selected and randomly allocated into 5 groups,the blank control group,SMD plasma 5 min group,SMD plasma 10 min group,H_(2)O_(2)5 min group,and H_(2)O_(2)10 min group(the used H_(2)O_(2)with a mass fraction of 10%),with 5 teeth in each group and 3 batches for each group.The changes of tooth surface color were observed and recorded asΔE.Then another 45 extracted teeth were allocated into 5 groups and treated as above.Roughness and microhardness were measured.Four tooth slices were prepared from an extracted tooth,and treated with SMD plasma for 5 min,10 min,or H_(2)O_(2)for 10 min,and the blank control was not treated.The morphology of tooth enamel surface was observed by scanning electron microscope.The excited reactive species of SMD plasma were analyzed by optical emission spectroscopy(OES).Results:TheΔE values of SMD plasma 5 min group,SMD plasma 10 min group,H_(2)O_(2)5 min group and H_(2)O_(2)10 min group were(5.00±0.59),(6.22±1.97),(3.44±1.49),and(3.64±1.60),respectively,and there was significant difference among the 4 groups(P<0.001);the bleaching effect of SMD plasma was superior to that of H_(2)O_(2),and SMD plasma treatment for 10 min had more remarkable bleaching effect(P<0.05).The safety results showed that SMD plasma had no significant effect on the tooth surface roughness,microhardness or tooth surface morphology,which caused less damage to tooth surface than H_(2)O_(2).OES results showed that·OH generated by SMD plasma is the major agent responsible for the tooth bleaching.Conclusion:SMD plasma could efficiently bleach teeth and had no significant effect on the tooth surface structure.SMD plasma has better and safer bleaching effect on teeth compared with 10%H_(2)O_(2).
