摘要
基于生态文明建设的时代背景,城市园林绿化废弃物作为生物质混合物,其绿色低碳、可循环的基础特性能够促其转化为有价值的资源,有助于实现绿地资源的最大化利用和循环经济发展。总结国内外理论研究、实践应用、技术方法、政策法规等方面的先进经验,梳理园林绿化垃圾资源处理利用现存问题,提出建立基础数据库、更新处理工艺、拓展运营模式、加强政策扶持等发展建议。
Based on the background of ecological civilization construction,urban landscaping waste as a biomass mixture,its green,low-carbon and recyclable basic characteristics can promote its transformation into valuable resources,which helps to realize the maximum utilization of gren space resources and circular economy development.It summarizes the advanced experience in domestic and foreign theoretical research,practical application,technical methods,policies and regulations,sorts out the existing problems of gardening waste resource treatment and utilization,and puts forward development suggestions such as establishing basic database,updating treatment process,expanding operation mode,and strengthening policy support.
