摘要
目的探讨超声乳化联合人工晶体植入对老年白内障视觉功能与生命质量的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2021年2月宜丰县人民医院收治的58例白内障患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各29例。对照组给予人工晶体植入,观察组给予超声乳化联合人工晶体植入,比较两组临床症状、视觉功能、生命质量及视力情况。结果观察组眼压低于对照组,视力高于对照组,前房深度深于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组立体视觉、主观视觉、周边视野、视觉适应均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1、30 d,观察组视力>0.5占比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生理功能、社会功能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、情感职能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化联合人工晶体植入治疗老年白内障疗效确切,可有效改善患者视觉功能,提高生命质量,促使视力恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation on visual function and quality of life in elderly cataract patients.Methods 58 cataract patients admitted to Yifeng County People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was given intraocular lens implantation,and the observation group was given phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation,the clinical symptoms,visual function,quality of life,visual acuity were compared between the two groups.Results The intraocular pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the visual acuity was higher than that in the control group,and the anterior chamber depth was deeper than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the stereo vision,subjective vision,peripheral vision,and visual adaptation of the two groups were all higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 and 30 d after operation,the proportion of visual acuity>0.5 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological function,social function,physical pain,mental health and emotional function of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of elderly cataract patients is effective,can effectively improve the visual function,improve the quality of life,promote the recovery of vision,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
