摘要 目前家宽装维工单调度算法主要根据装维人员空闲情况和所在位置进行调度,未能充分考虑工单实际情况和客户需求。本文对现有工单调度存在的问题进行了研究,使用多因素方差分析方法挖掘装维工作效率和客户满意度关键影响因子,根据因子影响程度动态调整权重,达到持续提升客户满意度的目的。 Manual scheduling based on convenience of installation personnel,and does not consider task situation and customer requirements.Due to the existing scheduling problems,this paper proposes an intelligent scheduling method based on multivariate analysis of variance,which uses multivariate analysis of variance method to mine key impact factors of customer satisfaction and installation personnel working effi ciency,and continuously improve customer satisfaction by dynamically adjusting the scheduling parameter weights according to the impact factor’s relativity.
