摘要
目的探讨六西格玛管理模式用于妇科器械管理中对患者满意度及不良事件发生率的影响。方法选取2020年2—10月本院妇科器械1500件与80例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组750件器械、40例患者。对照组采用常规管理法,观察组采用六西格玛管理法,比较两组器械整备及细菌数量、患者满意度及器械不良事件发生率。结果观察组器械备置时间、临时增加器械准备耗时均短于对照组,保存质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组器械外表、管腔内表面和水质细菌数量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率为8.00%,均低于对照组的14.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六西格玛管理法应用于妇科器械管理中可有效提高手术室器械管理质量及患者满意率,减少不良事件发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of six Sigma management mode on patient satisfaction and the incidence of adverse event in gyne-cological instrument management.Methods 1500 pieces of gynecological instruments and 80 patients in our hospital from February 2020 to Octo-ber 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random num-ber table method,750 pieces instruments and 40 patients in each group.The control group adopted the conventional management method,and the ob-servation group adopted the six Sigma management method,the instruments preparation,bacteria quantity,patient satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The instruments preparation time and preparation time for temporary addition of in-struments in observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the preservation quality score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of bacteria on instrument surface,endovascular surface and water quality in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the ob-servation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inci-dence of adverse events in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 14.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of six Sigma management in the management of gynecological instruments can effectively im-prove the management quality of operating room instruments and the satisfaction rate of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and is wor-thy of clinical promotion and application.
