全聚焦相控阵超声检测技术在球罐定期检验中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 压力容器焊缝在制造和服役过程中容易产生各种类型的缺陷,缺陷性质的判定以及精确尺寸的测量对于判定压力容器的安全状况等级至关重要。以某球罐定期检验过程中焊缝发现的超标缺陷为研究对象,通过对比全聚焦相控阵检测、常规A型脉冲反射法超声检测以及衍射时差法超声检测3种方法,证实了全聚焦相控阵技术相对于传统超声检验技术具有诸多优点,最后采用无损检测专用仿真软件CIVA缺陷响应模块进行了仿真计算,比对了相控阵超声和全聚焦相控阵的检测结果,进一步验证了超声相控阵技术在球罐焊缝检测中的可行性和有效性。 The welding seams of pressure vessels were prone to various types of defects during manufacturing and service.The determination of defect properties and accurate size measurement were crucial for determining the safety level of pressure vessels.Taking the excessive defects found in the welds of a spherical tank during periodic inspection as the research object,the full focus phased array technology had many advantages over the traditional ultrasonic inspection technology by comparing the three methods of full focus phased array inspection,conventional A-pulse reflection Ultrasonic testing and diffraction time difference Ultrasonic testing.Finally,simulation calculations were conducted using the CIVA defect response module,a specialized simulation software for nondestructive testing.The testing results of phased array ultrasound and fully focused phased array were compared,further verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of ultrasonic phased array technology in the detection of spherical tank welds.
