摘要
目的 通过分析192893例双指标先心病筛查结果,了解杭州市先天性心脏病发生情况,为先天性心脏病防控提供信息及依据。方法 对2020年1月1日至2021年12月31日在杭州市出生的新生儿进行先天性心脏病双指标筛查,对筛查阳性的新生儿进行超声心动图诊断,所有筛查结果以及诊断结果均录入杭州市产时信息系统,对筛查资料进行统计分析。结果 192893例新生儿经监护人知情同意后接受双指标筛查,筛查阳性6269例,占3.25%。双指标筛查阳性病例进行超声心动图检查,5852例异常,确诊2514例。343例双指标筛查阴性病例进一步超声心动图检查,290例异常,确诊123例。结论 双指标筛查是新生儿先天性心脏病有效筛查手段,杭州市新生儿先心病发生率较高,先心病流行形势不容乐观。
Objective In order to understand the occurrence of congenital heart disease(CHD)in Hangzhou and pro-vide information and basis for the prevention and control of congenital heart disease by analyzing the CHD screening results of 192893 cases.Methods We conducted a dual-marker screening for congenital heart disease in newborns born in Hangzhou from January 1,2020,to December 31,2021,and the positive screening results were diagnosed by echocardiography.All screening results and diagnostic results were recorded into the Hangzhou prenatal information system,and data were analyzed statistically.Results 192893 newborns underwent dual-marker screening with 6269(3.25%)positive cases.Among the posi-tive cases,5852 were abnormal on echocardiography,and 2514 were diagnosed with congenital heart disease.Further echo-cardiography was conducted on 343 negative cases with dual-marker screening,and 290 were found to be abnormal,123 di-agnosed with congenital heart disease.Conclusion Dual-marker screening is an effective screening method for congenital heart disease in newborns.The incidence of neonatal congenital heart disease is high in Hangzhou,and the prevalence of con-genital heart disease is not optimistic.
