摘要
目的观察浮针疗法联合中药熏洗治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法将纳入的64例肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分为对照组32例和观察组32例。对照组予中药熏洗,观察组予以浮针疗法联合中药熏洗。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)记录2组治疗前、后肘部疼痛得分,采用改良Mayo肘关节功能评分记录2组肘关节功能得分,并随访2个月,观察预后情况。结果2组肘关节功能评分均增高,肘部疼痛评分均降低,但观察组功能得分增高更明显(P<0.05),观察组疼痛评分降低更显著(P<0.05),观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗和浮针疗法均可有效缓解肘部疼痛,改善肘关节功能。但浮针疗法联合中药熏洗治疗疗效更显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of floating needle therapy combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on external humeral epicondylitis.Methods 64 patients with external humeral epicondylitis were randomly divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(32 cases).The control group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,and the observation group was treated with floating needle therapy combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing.The visual analog scale(VAS)was used to record the elbow pain scores before and after treatment,and the modified Mayo elbow function score was used to record the elbow function scores,and the prognosis was observed after 2 months of following-up.Results The scores of elbow joint function in both groups increased,and the scores of elbow pain in both groups decreased,but the scores of elbow function in the observation group increased more significantly(P<0.05),and the scores of pain in the observation group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both Chinese medicine fumigation and floating needle therapy can effectively relieve elbow pain and improve elbow joint function.However,the curative effect of floating needle therapy combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing is more significant.
