河南省沿黄城市韧性与城市网络耦合协调研究

Coupling and Coordination of Urban Resilience and Urban Network of Cities Along the Yellow River in Henan Province

摘要 通过分别构建城市韧性和城市网络系统的综合评价指标体系,采用引力模型、熵权法、自然断裂法、耦合协调度模型和相对发展度等研究方法,测算河南省沿黄11市从2016—2020年间的城市引力值、城市韧性值及两者的耦合协调度,并据此进行空间类型划分.结果表明:河南省沿黄城市的城市韧性与城市网络之间关联紧密,耦合协调水平整体较好,但仍有很大的提升空间;区域内空间差异较为明显,逐步形成了“以郑洛新为核心,中部高周边低”的空间格局;依据耦合协调度和相对发展度,将2020年河南省沿黄11市划分为6种类型,即耦合-高级协调、耦合-初级协调、耦合-轻度失调、磨合-轻度失调、拮抗-轻度失调和分离-严重失调.由此可知,城市韧性和城市网络两系统密切相关,在城市未来的发展过程中,需采取有效措施,进一步促进两系统耦合协调,助推城市可持续发展. This study constructed the comprehensive evaluation index system of urban network and urban resilience system.Using the gravity model,the entropy weight method,the natural fracture method,the coupling coordination degree model and the relative development degree,we calculated the urban gravity,the urban resilience value and their coupling and coordination of cities along the Yellow River in Henan Province from 2016 to 2020.According by the space types were divided.The results show that there is a close relationship between urban resilience and urban network of cities along the Yellow River in Henan Province,the level of coupling coordination is generally good,but there is still plenty of room for improvement.The spatial differences within the region are obvious,and the spatial pattern of“ZhengLuoXin as the core,central regions high while peripheral regions low”has gradually formed.According to the degree of coupling coordination and the relative development degree,cities along the Yellow River were divided into 6 types in 2020,coupling-advanced coordination,coupling-primary coordination,coupling-slightly disorders,Run-in-slightly disorders,antagonism-slightly disorders and dissociation-severe disorder.In consequence,urban resilience and urban networks are closely related,during the future development of city,more effective measures should be taken,to promote the coupling and coordination of the two systems,and support the urban sustainable development.
