摘要
军事职业在线教育是实现新形势下强军战略的重要支撑,是军队职业化教育与训练实践的重要补充。军事职业在线学习行为能够反映学员学习与训练情况,对在线学习行为与课程表现进行关联分析,有助于改善学员学习效果。本文以4门军事职业教育精品开放课程为基础,采集了参与课程的79622人的浏览学习、论坛发帖等在线学习行为数据,对学员在学习过程中的行为、学员与教员的学习交互行为以及课程表现进行关联分析。研究发现:①主动学习的提问与交互行为能较好地反映学员学习积极性,也对考试参与度和最终成绩呈现出促进关系;②教员的反馈行为对学员成绩有较明显的促进作用;③学习时间越长、投入度越高的学习者,课程学习效果越好。在此基础上,提出军事职业在线教学质量提升的建议与方法,为改进军事职业在线教学的成效提供依据。
Military vocational online learning supports the realization of strengthening the army under new situation and supplements largely to military vocational education and training practice.Correlation analysis of online learning behavior,which reflect learning and training status and performance,may improve learning effect.This article collected online learning behavior data of 79,622 participants from four high-quality open courses,browsing learning,forum posting likewise,and conducted a correlation analysis on learning behavior of students,learning interaction behavior between students and instructors,as well as course performance.Results showed that:①Questioning and interaction in active learning reflect students’learning enthusiasm better,and positively corelate with exam participation rate and exam scores;②Teachers’feedback behavior positively promote students’learning achievement;③Learners with long learning time and high degree of involvement have a better learning outcome.This article then puts forward suggestions on methods and rationales to improve military vocational education online learning quality.
